Maju Towers
Maju Perdana is strategically located at the
junction of Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and Jalan Sultan
Ismail and is easily accessible by road and all other forms
of transport. It is only a three-minute walk from the
nearest LRT and Kuala Lumpur Monorail station. It was
conferred the IEM Outstanding Engineering Achievement 2001
for being the first All Malaysian integrated intelligent
skyscraper to utilise 100% locally produced steel. Developed
on 3.85 acres of commercial land, Maju Perdana consists of
three distinct parts as follows, Tower 1 , Tower 2 and a 8
storey podium block inclusive of 3 basement levels.
